1. Good Communication skill - Summarising and Clarifying

During the customer service, I need to carefully listening to ensure I can understand the customer's demands correctly. It could help me to obtain and apply the summarising and clarifying skill in my current work and future work place.




2. Teamwork skill - Sharing task and Collaborating

When we work as a team, we have to work together, which means the sharing task and collaborating will be important and necessary.




3. Problem Solving - Collecting Information

When I am unsure with any products, I would search online to learn more about the products or read the instruction at back. It enhance my collecting information skill.
